What lease terms are available?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 14 months, allowing you to choose a length that fits your lifestyle. Monthly rent varies by lease term, and our leasing agents can provide detailed pricing and availability.
Short term leases may have an additional monthly premium.
3-5 Month Lease Terms – $250* monthly premium
6-9 Month Lease Terms – $150* monthly premium

Are utilities included?
Weekly cleaning services for the common areas in your apartment, as well as trash removal are included in your monthly rent! Electricity, water/sewer, and internet services are billed to tenants monthly based on actual use and contract cost.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in our private studio and 2-bedroom apartments. There is a one-time $300 pet fee and monthly pet rent ($25/month for cats, $35/month for dogs). Please contact us for more details on our pet policy.
What is included in furnished apartments?
Our furnished units come with premium furniture, fully equipped kitchens, in-unit washer/dryer, central air, weekly cleaning, and stocked household essentials. Move-in ready means less hassle for you.
What parking options are available?
We’ve got covered parking available for $375* month and uncovered parking for just $300* month. Parking is limited, so be sure to contact the leasing office to secure your spot.
Just a heads-up — before you park, you’ll need the proper paperwork and a valid permit, and don’t forget to follow all posted signs.

How do I apply?
Applying is simple and online. After scheduling a tour, you’ll receive an application via email. Once approved, you’ll sign the lease electronically and receive check-in instructions before your move-in date.
How do I enter maintenance request?
To submit a maintenance request, please log into your resident portal.
For emergency maintenance issues, contact the office immediately by phone.
If your situation requires emergency services (police, fire, or medical), please dial 911.
How to pay rent?
We encourage rent payments online by ACH, debit or credit card through your resident portal. We also accept payments via check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.
How do I pick up packages?
Parcel Pending package lockers are available and include refrigerated lockers for meal prep. We also have concierge during office hours to assist package delivery drivers.
Damage Liability Waiver
Our damage liability program brings you insurance designed specifically with our residents in mind. It offers personal liability and the broadest personal property coverage backed by A+ rated insurance carriers that will not only satisfy your lease requirement but also includes maximum protection on your valuables.
